- LMD ElPack supports all versions of Delphi starting from Delphi 3, C++Builder from version 3 and Kylix. If you use Delphi 3 to reduce your application's size, it's not a problem - you can also use LMD ElPack (and LMD ElPack is probably the only component suite to offer you this possibility).
